Notification delivery report

Each customer counts once, even with several devices. Provider accepted means the push service accepted the message; it does not prove it appeared on the phone. Opened means a notification tap was recorded, not proof the text was read. Older app versions and offline taps may not be recorded. Owner copies are excluded from customer totals.
